Contact Scania in order to purchase necessary subscriptions and in order to get access to “Web service user” account.
Go to website https://developer.scania.com/home
Click “Log in”
Log in to your account with data received to your e-mail address
Select “My application”
In “Create new application” enter “Name”->”CO3″ and “Description”->”carrier@co3.eu”
Click “Save”
“Client ID” and “Secret” have been created, copy them by clicking
Send Client ID and Secret to carrier@co3.eu
